For candidates

You’ll never wonder where you stand.

Most recruiters send one message and go quiet. The people I’ve placed describe the opposite: regular updates, calls back the same afternoon, and no stage of the process where you’re guessing.

What you get

  1. 01

A real conversation about what you want, before any role gets pitched.

  2. 02

Someone who can answer technical questions about the job on the first call.

  3. 03

Compensation aligned honestly, before you invest weeks.

  4. 04

Prepared for every round, not just scheduled into it.

  5. 05

No pressure on the decision. Take the time you need.

  6. 06

Still in touch a year after you’ve started.

The short answers

Three things people ask me first.

It costs you nothing. My fee is paid by the company doing the hiring, never by the person taking the job. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a role I’ve raised, they are not working for me.

Your name goes nowhere without your say-so. Company by company, every time. No resume blasting, no speculative submissions, no finding out afterwards that you were put forward somewhere you didn’t want to go.

You don’t have to be looking. Most of the people I’ve placed weren’t. If you only want to know what the market is paying for what you do, that’s a conversation worth having on its own, with nothing attached to it.

From people I’ve placed.

“I almost never answer recruiter calls on purpose, and I was quite content where I was. Bradley got me to pick up the phone, and through the process and offer at the firm I wanted.”

Senior Security Engineer
Placed at a global hedge fund

“Brad’s support did not end once the hiring process was complete. He continued to check in with me even after I started my new role.”
