Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern use of this website and our recruitment services, including our text messaging program.

Effective 21 August 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at apoynt.com and the recruitment services provided by Apoynt LLC (“Apoynt”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of New York. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our services

Apoynt is a specialist recruitment firm. We identify, assess and introduce professionals for roles in cyber security, software, infrastructure and cloud, and technical leadership, on behalf of employers who engage us. We act as an intermediary. We are not the employer, and we do not control any hiring decision.

We never charge candidates. Our fees are paid by the hiring organization. Any person or entity asking you for payment in connection with an Apoynt role is not acting for us.

Text messaging terms

Program name: Apoynt LLC recruitment messaging.

What we send. Apoynt sends conversational text messages to candidates and to hiring contacts with whom we have an existing relationship. Messages relate to specific roles, interview scheduling and confirmations, updates on the status of an active process, and replies to your own enquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Consent. We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted this way. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of being represented by us. You may decline text contact and still work with us by phone or email.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your process and on your own replies. These are conversational messages rather than a recurring broadcast.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. Apoynt does not charge for text messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation and we will send no further texts.
For help, reply HELP, email bradley@apoynt.com, or call +1 (631) 606-0205.

Customer support. Reach us by email at bradley@apoynt.com or by telephone on +1 (631) 606-0205, Monday to Friday, business hours Eastern Time.

Supported carriers. Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy. Mobile information and text messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information you give us

You agree that any information you provide to us, including your resume, employment history, qualifications and compensation details, is accurate and complete, and that you are entitled to share it. We rely on what you tell us when representing you.

You agree not to submit anyone else’s personal information to us without their knowledge.

Confidentiality

We treat candidate approaches as confidential and will not disclose your identity or details to any employer without your prior agreement in each case. Information a client shares with us about a role, a team or its business is likewise treated as confidential.

No guarantee
